Notice to Customers
  • You must be 21 years or older to order a firearm.
  • An original ink-signed FFL is required for the purchase of firearms.
  • Large capacity magazines will not be sold to residents of any states where they are illegal.
  • Connecticut residents must pay 6% sales tax, unless they are in possession of a CT Resale Certificate.
  • PTR 91 Inc. Reserves the right to decline orders.
  • Shipping will not be made until business and personal checks cleared the bank. (approximately two weeks).
  • In cases where merchandise is damaged during shipping, you must notify the carrier immediately, so a claim can be filed.
  • The buyer must file all claims.
  • Do not return merchandise to PTR 91, Inc.
  • Save all shipping cartons for inspection by the carrier otherwise claim may not be valid or allowed.
  • There is a 15% restocking fee on returned items.
  • Items must be returned within 10 days.
  • All prices shown are net cash and subject to change without notice.
  • If you feel that your purchase it is not to the standards requested, we will we happy to try to satisfy your every need.
Shipping & Handling
All items purchased on the PTR 91 Inc. website, will be shipped via UPS with the exception of handguns. (UPS Next Day Saver or USPS Priority Mail) at customers discretion
Massachusettes Residents
After contact with the Massachussets authorities, it has been determined that it is legally permissable for PTR 91 Inc. to sell handguns to C&R licence holders in the state of Massachussets.

We are also able to ship to FFL holders with the understanding that the handgun(s) will not be sold to a resident of the state.
Limitation of Liability
